Selet Prague School

The “Selet” Prague School is an international youth educational programme of project management. This programme is focused on building of effective project teams for their further involvement in the implementation of perspective projects of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the course of the programme, the participants develop their own projects, which contain innovative ideas and solutions for the sphere of economy, education, social and public work.

The main objective of the project consists in the training of specialists and leaders who are highly motivated towards innovative work, success achievement and a pro-active life position.

The “Selet” Prague School was first held in 2007, and since then it has had many partners: Youth and Environment Europe – YEE (Prague), INEX SDA Prague, Volunteer organization (Prague), Coobra Cooperative Braccianti & ImHinterhous (Vienna), WUK Jugendcoaching West (Vienna), “Skoda” Corporate University and many others.

Since 2014, the project has been carried out with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan within the “Algarysh” programme under the coordination of the Trade and Economic Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Czech Republic and our compatriots living in Prague.

The “Selet” Prague School is implemented in several stages. The distance stage of the project is carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan) and the full-time (intensive) stage takes place in the Czech Republic (Prague).
